- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 2 cups frozen strawberries, thawed
- 1 package strawberry gelatin
- 1 package pillsbury plus strawberry cake mix
- 3 - eggs
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/3 cup oil
How To Make strawberry shortcut cake

Step 1Grease a 9 x 13" pan. Sprinkle marshmallows over bottom of pan. In bowl, combine thawed strawberries and gelatin and set aside. In another bowl, blend cake mix, eggs, oil and water until moistened. Beat two minutes at highest speed. Pour batter over marshmallows. Spoon berry mixture evenly over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 - 50 minutes. Cake is done when toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool completely. Serve inverted; top with whipped cream, if desired. DELISH!
