strawberry roll
This is different than strawberry short cake but its just as good. I use frozen strawberries in the winter but I use 1 quart of strawberries in the summer. I make this a lot of the time in the Holidays, especially at christmas.

Ingredients
- 1 box cake mix, white
- 2/3 cup oil
- 1/2 package frozen strawberries, mashed and add sugar to taste
- 1 package gelatin, strawberry
- 4 large eggs, beat five minutes
- 1/2 cup water
- FILLING
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 4 teaspoons butter
- 1/2 package frozen strawberries, drain
How To Make strawberry roll

Step 1Beat eggs then add all ingredients and mix til smooth. Pour into greased and flour cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes and when done turn out on a tea towel Sprinkled with powdered sugar. While still warm roll up and let cool completely. Unroll and spread with filling. Reroll and refrigerate. Bake at 350degrees.

Step 2Filling---Combine powdered sugar, cream cheese, and butter. When combine , fold in the strawberries.
