cheesecake is my fav...had planned on make stortcake for dinner realized i had all the stuff for cheesecake was a no brainer i was making cheesecake hubby must have liked it he ate the 2nd piece lol lol

Ingredients

  • 1/4 box crushed grahm crackers
  • 4 teaspoons splenda blend
  • 1/4 stick butter,very soft but not melted
  • 1 pound sliced strawberries with 2 teaspoon splenda added
  • - handful pecon 1/2's
  • 2 packages [8 oz each] cream cheese,room temp
  • 1/4 cup splenda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 2/3 cup light sour cream
  • 1/2 - tub cool whip

  • Step 1
    set aside bout 1/2 the grahm cracker crumbs put the rest in 8 in round cake pan add the splenda and mix well then add butter mix well then flatten into bottom of pam
  • Step 2
    now take strawberries and arrange over crust then sprinkle all but bout 3-5 pecons put in fridge swhile ya make filling
  • Step 3
    in lg bowl put room temp cream cheese with hand mixer hip til cream cheese is light and fluffyadd splenda and extracts mix well add sour cream mix well then fold in cool whipgently mix in
  • Step 4
    remove crust from fridge pour into pie shell save bout a tablespoon put rest of cracker crumbs over filling then the few left out strawberries than the couple pecan pieces top cheesecake with dollup of filling put in fridge to set and then enjoy
