Ingredients
- CAKE:
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 box strawberry jello, dry
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 - eggs
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced or mashed
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- FILLING:
- 1 stick butter
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/2 cup pecans, choped
- 1/2 cup coconut
How To Make strawberry pecan cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 3 cake pans.

Step 2For cake: Combine all dry ingredients. Add milk, oil, asnd eggs one at a time. Mix thoroughly using .an elecrtric mixer. Blend in strawberries by hand, Add coconut and pecans. Bake in 3 prepared pans for about 30 minutes. Cool layers completely before adding filling.

Step 3Filling: Cream butter and sugar. Add strawberries by hand. Add pecans and coconut. Spread between layers and on top of cake.
