Ingredients For strawberry pecan cake
- CAKE:

1 boxyellow cake mix

1 boxstrawberry jello, dry

1 cvegetable oil

1/2 cmilk

4eggs
-
1 cstrawberries, sliced or mashed

1 ccoconut
-
1 cpecans, chopped
- FILLING:

1 stickbutter
-
1 boxpowdered sugar

1/2 csliced strawberries

1/2 cpecans, choped

1/2 ccoconut
How To Make strawberry pecan cake

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 3 cake pans.

2For cake: Combine all dry ingredients. Add milk, oil, asnd eggs one at a time. Mix thoroughly using .an elecrtric mixer. Blend in strawberries by hand, Add coconut and pecans. Bake in 3 prepared pans for about 30 minutes. Cool layers completely before adding filling.

3Filling: Cream butter and sugar. Add strawberries by hand. Add pecans and coconut. Spread between layers and on top of cake.
