I wasn't feeling good one evening but was craving a sweet treat (as long as it was simple to make). I decided to make Strawberry Cupcakes and they turned out delish! Normally I prefer to make sweets from scratch, but putting these together cheered me right up.

Ingredients

1 box pilsbury strawberry cake mix
1 jar vanilla frosting

How To Make strawberry cupcakes

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees (325 for darker pans)

Step 2

Combine Oil, Water, Eggs, and cake mix in a large bowl. Mix with beater for 2 minutes or beat by hand for 2 minutes.
Step 3

Fill cupcake liners 2/3 of the way full.
Step 4

Cook 18-22 minutes (16 minutes for darker pans)
Step 5

Once cooled, add frosting and serve.
