Very good but very rich. Always requested by my son for family get-togethers.

Ingredients

  • 1 box fudge brownie mix, 19.5 oz
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 14 oz
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 package vanilla instant pudding, 4 serving size
  • 1 - cool whip, 4 oz thawed
  • 1 quart fresh strawberries, cleaned, hulled and chopped

How To Make strawberry cream topped brownies

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Spray 13x9 baking pan with non-stick spray.
  • Step 3
    Prepare brownies according to directions for cake like brownies. Pour into pan.
  • Step 4
    Bake 20 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched. Cool completely.
  • Step 5
    Mix sweetened condensed milk and water in large bowl.
  • Step 6
    Beat in pudding mix. Chill for 10 minutes and then stir in chopped strawberries. Then fold in the cool whip.
  • Step 7
    Spread strawberry mixture on top of brownie layer. Cover.
  • Step 8
    Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
