- 1/2 package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1-2 cup powdered sugar
- TOPPING
- - mini chocolate chips
- - shredded coconut, sweetened

Step 1Prepare strawberry cupcakes as directed; cool.

Step 2Mix butter and cream cheese until well mixed; add vanilla. Slowly add powered sugar about 1/4 cup at a time until frosting reaches desired thickness/stiffness.

Step 3Pour mini chocolate chips and coconut into separate plates.Lightly frost cooled cupcakes; dip frosted cupcakes into either the chocolate chips or coconut - roll cupcakes in toppings until well covered.
