strawberry coconut cake
A little recipe I just made up for Martha. It's so good.

Ingredients
- 1 can strawberry pie filling
- 18 ounces yellow cake mix
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 3 ounces pkg. instant banana pudding
- 1 can coconut milk
- 8 ounces pkg. cream cheese , very soft
- 1 cup flaked coconut
How To Make strawberry coconut cake

Step 1Heat oven to 350^. Butter bottom only of 9x13-inch pan. Pour strawberry pie filling in bottom of pan and spread out evenly. Sprinkle whole box of cake mix dry over berry filling. Drizzle melted butter over cake mix. Bake in oven for 30-35 minutes. While cake is baking: In a mixer bowl combine instant pudding and coconut milk, beat until blended, add softened cream cheese and beat until very smooth. Refrigerate until cake is done and cake is completely cooled. Spread on completely cooled cake. Sprinkle top with coconut. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Step 2Note: Try other combinations of cake mix and pie filling and puddings. You could also use strawberry cake mix with the above recipe; and when you serve the cake drizzle fudge sauce over each serving.
