BROWNIES:
1 box chewy fudge brownie mix or homemade
FROSTING:
1 - 8 oz. packages cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup sugar
1 large egg
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon strawberry extract
6 drops - red food coloring
GARNISH:
1/3 cup hot fudge sauce
1 cup cool whip, thawed
16 - strawberries, whole

How To Make strawberry cheesecake brownies

Step 1

Make brownie mix according to package for cake like brownies. Bake only 20 minutes.

Step 2

Meanwhile, on medium speed, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, flour, extract until blended. Stir in food coloring. Pour mixture over brownies. Bake 25 minutes. Cool completely.
Step 3

Once cool, drizzle fudge sauce over brownies. Using a pastry bag fitted with star tip, pipe 16 rosettes onto brownies with cool whip. Garnish with 16 whole strawberries.
