I make it at home and I have made it at work..gone within a day.....it is very easy to make and soothes the soul at the end of the day...this recipe also can be altered..if you want cherries instead of strawberries..just use cherry jello and cherry pie filling...any flavor would work

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham crackers, crushed
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • HOMEMADE GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST
  • STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE FILLING
  • 1 package of strawberry jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 package of regular cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 large container of whip cream
  • THE TOPPING
  • 2 cans strawberry pie filling

How To Make strawberry cheesecake

  • Step 1
    in a bowl combine all ingredients and mix..put in a 9x 13 inch baking pan..press mixure down..bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes...let cool
  • Step 2
    while graham cracker crust is cooling...in a small bowl combine 1 cup of boiling water to 1 package of strawberry jello....mix than set aside...
  • Step 3
    in a large bowl combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla..mix well..add whip cream..add the jello mixture to cream cheese mixture..
  • Step 4
    pour the mixture onto the graham cracker crust..refrigerate to set for 1 hour...After a hour..put strawberry pie filling over the cheesecake..put back in the fridge for 30 minutes....enjoy...
