1Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour pans using,will put pan sizes at the end. Mix cake mix, dry jello, flour together in large mixing bowl. Cut up strawberries and add 1/4 cup sugar. Remove 1 cup of strawberries for icing and set aside, the rest will be used in cake. Add oil, beaten eggs and strawberries to dry mixture and beat on medium speed until mixed well. Bake. 3-9" pans...25 minutes....or 13x9 pan....45 minutes....or Angel Food Cake Pan....45 minutes.
2Icing: 1 stick of butter softened, 2 teaspoons strawberry extract and strawberries. Add strawberries and juices 1/4 cup at a time to get to spreading consistency on the soft side.
