Ingredients For strawberry cake, ma

  • 1 box
    super moist white cake mix
  • 1 c
    water
  • 4
    egg whites
  • 1/4 c
    oil
  • 1 lb
    fresh strawberries, see directions
  • FROSTING:
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1 pkg
    dream whip, prepared to pkg directions
  • 1/2 lb
    strawberries, chopped small or pureed

How To Make strawberry cake, ma

    Slice strawberries small, sprinkle with sugar and let set until dissolved.

    Mix cake with all ingredients Add fresh strawberries, stir to blend entirely through cake. Bake at 350 degrees 30-35 min. Cool.

    FROSTING: Mix cream cheese with sugar. Add whipped dream whip, blend in fresh strawberries. Save some to decorate top of cake, cut only in halves.
