How to Make Strawberry Cake

  1. CAKE: Combine cake mix & dry jello. Add oil, eggs and milk. Stir in the strawberries, coconut & nuts. Bake in a greased bundt pan (floured) at 350 until brown and springs back to the touch.
  2. FROSTING: Cream together butter and powdered sugar until light. Stir in berries, coconut and nuts. If too thick to spread, add a Tbsp of milk. If making as a layer cake, make 1-1/2 times the frosting recipe.
