Ingredients
- CAKE
- 1 box betty crocker white cake mix with pudding
- 4 - eggs
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 - small box strawberry jello
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- FROSTING
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
How To Make strawberry cake

Step 1CAKE: Combine cake mix & dry jello. Add oil, eggs and milk. Stir in the strawberries, coconut & nuts. Bake in a greased bundt pan (floured) at 350 until brown and springs back to the touch.

Step 2FROSTING: Cream together butter and powdered sugar until light. Stir in berries, coconut and nuts. If too thick to spread, add a Tbsp of milk. If making as a layer cake, make 1-1/2 times the frosting recipe.
