  • 1 box
    white cake mix
  • 1 box
    strawberry jello
  • 1 c
    sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 c
    strawberry juice
  • 3 Tbsp
    flour - i use self rising
  • 1 c
    crisco oil
  • 4 large

  • 1 box
    powdered sugar
  • 1 stick
    butter, softened
  • 1 c
  • 1 tsp
  • ·
    make icing thick enough to spread on cake, strawberry juice can be added to thin

How to Make Strawberry Cake


  1. NOTE: I use frozen strawberries that have been thawed, and drained to have the juice.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  3. Mix all ingredients together
  4. Pour into prepared cake pan.

    You can use a 9 X 13 or 2 - round cake pans
  5. Bake @ 350 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes. Or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  6. Allow cake to cool.
  7. ICING: Mix all ingredients together. If needed you can add some Strawberry juice to thin some.
  8. Spread on cool cake, and ENJOY!!
