This is for my oldest granddaughter, Crystal. She used to request this for her birthday every year. I got this recipe from Bonnie Rowe.

1 box strawberry cake mix
2 packages strawberries, frozen
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 cup milk
1 - 16oz - cool whip

How To Make strawberry cake

Step 1

Bake cake according to directions on box in 9X13 pan.

Step 2

Make slits in top of cake.
Step 3

Put 1 layer of sliced strawberriesand juice on top.
Step 4

Mix instant pudding with milk, add cool whip.
Step 5

Spread on top of cake, chill at least 2 hours.
