Ingredients
- 1 - white cake mix
- 1 package (3 oz.) strawberry gelatin
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup oil
- 4 - eggs
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 package (5 oz.) mashed, frozen strawberries, thawed
- WHIPPED CREAM FROSTING
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 package vanilla instant pudding ( 3 oz.)
- 1 package 8 oz. cool whip, thawed
- STRAWBERRY FROSTING
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2-3 tablespoons strawberry liquid
- 1 cup powdered sugar
How To Make strawberry cake

Step 1Mix cake mix, flour and gelatin. Add oil.

Step 2Beat in eggs.

Step 3Add water and strawberries. Mix well.

Step 4Bake in a greased and floured 13 X 9 inch pan for 35-45 minutes in a 350 degree oven Can also be made as a layer cake in 2 9 inch layer cake pans for 28-33 minutes at 350 degrees.

Step 5Whipped Cream Frosting: Pour milk into bowl and add pudding. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes. Gently stir in Cool whip. Spread on cake at once.

Step 6Strawberry Frosting Melt butter and add strawberry liquid. Mix in powdered sugar until spreading consistency.
