My whole family enjoys this cake it is moist and yummy and reminds you of springtime, you wont have any leftovers!!!

strawberry cake mix,or white cake mix
1 box
strawberry jello(small)
1 box
frozen strawberries
1 pt
1 box
confectioner sugar
1 Tbsp
milk, 2%
1/3 c
vegetable oil
1/2 c
water, cold

How to Make Strawberry Cake


  • 1mix,eggs, cakemix, oil, water, frozen strawberries,all but one fourth of pint box, thawed,and all the jello,mix well with mixer,bake in 9x12in cake pan, i use pyrex, at 325 degrees for about 35 mins or until golden brown, cool
  • 2for topping, mix rest of strawberries with cool whip, start adding confectioner sugar a little at a time until creamy if too dry, add the milk,but you dont want it to be too thin,frost top of cake
  • 3i found you can reserve one tablespoon of dry jello and disolve with three tablespoons of boiling water and use this to flavor your icing
