There is never any of this cake left! I sometimes make buttercream icing with mashed strawberries for an extra sweet treat. If icing is too sweet, some like to just top it with powdered sugar...but not me!
1Mix cake mix, and all above ingredients together until well mixed. Pour into a 9x13 baking pan, or bundt pan. Watch the time, as they can be different for different size pans. Use a toothpick to check for doneness. It should be just slightly brown on top.
2Bake at 350 degrees for 23-25 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar when COMPLETELY cooled; or make homemade buttercream icing and add mashed strawberries.
