I got this recipe from a friend when my oldest son was in nursery school. My oldest son is now 24. This recipe is simple and delicious. I always have requests to make this over and over. I have never made this with frozen strawberries but I think if the strawberries were thawed..it would be just as good. ENJOY

2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 1/4 cups oil
4 - eggs,beaten
3 cups strawberries, fresh, cut up

How To Make strawberry bread

Step 1

Mix together the first 5 ingredients and put hole in middle.

Step 2

Pour the following ingredients into hole..oil,eggs, & strawberries.
Step 3

Mix together.
Step 4

Grease and flour two loaf pans.
Step 5

Pour into pans and bake at 350 for one hour, check for doneness.
