How to Make Strawberries and Sour Cream Cake
- Heat oven to 350. Grease and flour 9x12 cake pan. Prepare cake mix as directed using egg whites and decrease water to 1 cup. Pour into pan.
- Fold berries into sour cream and spoon over batter. Bake as directed on package. Cool 15 minutes. Prepare glaze.
- Heat 1/2 cup of frosting over medium heat, stirring constantly until desired consistency. Drizzle over cake. Serve warm or cool. Refrigerate any leftover.
- 1 cup frozen unsweetened berries, sliced and thawed can be used.
