Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 cup cooking oil
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups water, cold
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

How To Make stir crazy cake

  • Step 1
    Put flour, 1 1/2 cups sugar, cocoa, soda and salt into an ungreased 13X9X2 inch metal baking pan.
  • Step 2
    Stir with a fork to mix; form 3 wells in flour mixture.
  • Step 3
    Pour oil into one well, vinegar in one and vanilla in one.
  • Step 4
    Pour cold water (or you can use coffee!) over all ingredients and stir with fork until well mixed; do not beat.
  • Step 5
    Combine remaining sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over batter.
  • Step 6
    Bake in 350 oven for 35-40 minutes.
