This is the first special cake I ever made by myself .... lol ... I was 9. I am much older now ... but I still love this cake recipe!!

Ingredients
- 1 package white cake mix (not pudding style)
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup club soda
- 3 large eggs
- 1 package pistachio pudding mix
- 1/2 cup nuts, chopped
- FROSTING :
- 1 package pistachio pudding mix
- 2 packages whipped topping mix
- 1 cup plus 1 tbsp. milk
How To Make st. patty's day cake

Step 1Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Prepare one 13x9x2 baking pan with veg. shortening and flour. Set aside.

Step 2Combine all cake ingredients. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool completely.

Step 3When cakes is completely cooled. Using a electric hand mixer on low speed, mix together all ingredients until fluffy. Frost cake. Keep refridgerated until every piece is gobbled up!
