st. patty's day cake

This is the first special cake I ever made by myself .... lol ... I was 9. I am much older now ... but I still love this cake recipe!!

Ingredients

  • 1 package white cake mix (not pudding style)
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup club soda
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 package pistachio pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup nuts, chopped
  • FROSTING :
  • 1 package pistachio pudding mix
  • 2 packages whipped topping mix
  • 1 cup plus 1 tbsp. milk

How To Make st. patty's day cake

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Prepare one 13x9x2 baking pan with veg. shortening and flour. Set aside.
  • Step 2
    Combine all cake ingredients. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool completely.
  • Step 3
    When cakes is completely cooled. Using a electric hand mixer on low speed, mix together all ingredients until fluffy. Frost cake. Keep refridgerated until every piece is gobbled up!
