Ingredients
- 19 ounces box fudge brownie mix
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 14 ounces can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
- 2 teaspoons peppermint extract
- 4-6 dashes green food coloring
- 2 cups heavy cream, whipped
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- - hot fudge ice cream topping,or chocolate syrup,optional

Step 1Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with foil; spray with no stick cooking spray. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions; stir in nuts. Turn into prepared pan. Bake as directed on box; cool completely.

Step 2Combine the condensed milk. extract and coloring in a large bowl. Fold in whipped cream(whipped)and chips. Spoon over brownie layer.

Step 3Cover, freeze 6 hours or until firm. To serve: lift from pan with foil, cut into squares. Serve with hot fudge sauce, if desired.
