Just got this recipe not long ago...so I've only tried it once,but I thought it was pretty good.

Ingredients

3 cups sugar
3 sticks margarine
6 - eggs
3 cups flour
3/4 cup sprite
3 teaspoons lemon extract

How To Make sprite cake

Step 1

Cream sugar & margarine until smooth.

Step 2

Add 1 egg at a time & beat.
Step 3

Add flour & stir.
Step 4

Combine Sprite & lemon extract into mix.
Step 5

Beat until smooth.
Step 6

Bake at 325 degrees in a loaf pan for 1 hour.
Step 7

Let cool.
