Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/3 cups mashed bananas
  • 1 1/3 cups 1 % low fat milk
  • 2 tablespoons pineapple juice, unsweetened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup splenda
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon banana extract
  • SPLENDA CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
  • 2 - 8 ounce package cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup light butter, softended
  • 1/3 cup splenda
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

How To Make splenda banana bars and splenda cream cheese frost

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees lightly coat a 13by9 inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Combine flour,baking powder soda and salt Set aside.
  • Step 2
    Combine bananas,milk and pineapple juice. set aside. Beat eggs and splenda at high speed with an electric mixer for 5 minutes. Add butter and extracts. beat at medium speed until blended about 1 minute.
  • Step 3
    Add flour mixture alternately with banana mixture. Beginning and ending with flour mixture. Beat at low speed,just until blended after each addition. do not overmix. Spoon into prepared pan.
  • Step 4
    Bake in preheated oven 25 minutes or until cake is done. Cool in pan.
  • Step 5
    FROSTING: Beat cream cheese and butter at medium speed with mixer until creamy. Gradually and splenda beating at medium speed until blended. Stir in vanilla. Spread over cooled bars. Chill 30 minutes before cutting into bars.
