Ingredients
- 1 package 2-layer spice cake mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup canola oil, or vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup sour cream, i used light
- 1/4 cup rum
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon melted butter
- 1 tablespoon rum
- 1-2 teaspoon water
How To Make spiced-up rum cake

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 10"-bundt pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl combine, cake mix, milk, oil, sour cream, rum, eggs, and pumpkin pie spice.

Step 2Beat w/ mixer on low until just moistened. Beat on medium for 2 mins. Pour batter into pan. Bake 35-40 mins, or until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.

Step 3In small bowl, combine powdered sugar, butter, rum and 1-2 tsp water until glaze is a thin consistancy. Drizzle glaze over cooled cake.
