This is quick and easy and will make your guests think you slaved over it. Cake mix is a great way to already have your dry ingredients ready. This is great with a glaze, powder sugar or cream cheese frosting!

Ingredients

  • 1 box
    moist spice cake mix
  • 1 pkg
    3.4 oz instant butterscotch pudding
  • 4
    eggs
  • 1 1/2 c
    water
  • 1/2 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1 c
    canned pumpkin

How to Make Spiced Pumpkin Bundt Cake

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ingredients. Beat on low speed for 30 seconds; beat on medium for 2 minutes.
  2. Pour into a greased and floured 10-in. bundt cake pan. Bake at 350° for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack to cool completely.
  3. Dust with powdered sugar when cake is cool or frost with your favorite cream cheese frosting. (optional)
