spaghetti & meatball cupcakes
My kids always request something special for their birthday meal each year, so when my youngest said that all he wanted was a big plate of spaghetti and meatballs, I got creative! He loved it and is now trying to figure out what to ask for next year!

Ingredients
- 1 box cake mix, any flavor
- 2 cans ready-made vanilla icing
- 1 box ferrero rocher chocolates, unwrapped
- 1/2 cup strawberry preserves
How To Make spaghetti & meatball cupcakes

Step 1Prepare cake mix as for cupcakes, following box directions. Let cool.

Step 2Ice individual cupcakes, then place cupcakes together, sides touching. Dab bits of icing between cupcake tops to make them appear as one "lumpy" cake.

Step 3Using icing bag with piping attachment, make long "spaghetti strands" of icing covering the entire "cake".

Step 4Place chocolates randomly over the cupcakes as the "meatballs".

Step 5Stir the strawberry preserves well, then drizzle over the top as the "sauce".
