  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup bubbly sourdough starter
  • 3 lemons, zested
  • 2/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • enough lemon juice to make a thick glaze

  • Step 1
    Feed your sourdough starter and set it in a warm area for 1 hour until nice and bubbly. Grease a loaf bread pan and set aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
