Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup bubbly sourdough starter
- 3 lemons, zested
- 2/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- enough lemon juice to make a thick glaze
How To Make sourdough lemon pound cake

Step 1Feed your sourdough starter and set it in a warm area for 1 hour until nice and bubbly. Grease a loaf bread pan and set aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

Step 3Mix the butter and sugar until fluffy.

Step 4Add the eggs one at a time and mix.
