- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup self rising flour
- 1 - 3.4 ounce package vanilla instant pudding
- 2 cups (4) sticks unsalted butter softened
- 3 cups sugar
- 6 - large eggs
- 1 - 8 oz sour cream
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
How To Make sour cream pound cake

Step 1Pre-heat oven and heavily grease and flour a 10 inch tube pan.

Step 2In a medium bowl sift together the all purpose flour,and pudding mix. In a large bowl beat the butter with an electric mixer for 3 min.

Step 3Add the sugar and beat for 5 min. Add the eggs one at a time, then the evaporated milk.

Step 4Add the flour mixture and beat until smooth. Add the sour cream and vanilla extract. And beat until smooth.
