- In a medium bowl sift together the all purpose flour,and pudding mix. In a large bowl beat the butter with an electric mixer for 3 min.
- Add the sugar and beat for 5 min. Add the eggs one at a time, then the evaporated milk.
- Add the flour mixture and beat until smooth. Add the sour cream and vanilla extract. And beat until smooth.
