This is another moist and delish pound cake from my Aunt.Enjoy

Ingredients

  • * WHEN USING SELF-RISING FLOUR OMIT SALT & BAKING SODA*
  • - 2 3/4 cup sugar
  • - 1 cup butter or margrine
  • - 6 eggs - room temp
  • - 3 cups sifted flour
  • - 1/2 tsp salt,lemon extract,orange extract,vanilla extract
  • - 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • - 1 cup sour cream

How To Make sour cream pound cake

  • Step 1
    In mixer bowl, cream together sugar, butter till light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each egg-sift together flour, salt and soda add to creamed mixture. Alternately with sour cream,beating after each addition. Add all 3 extracts beat well. Pour into a greased 2 floured 10" tube pan (bundt pan). Bake at 350* for 1 1/2 hours.When cake's are done remove from oven and let rest for about 20 mins.remove from bundt pans and enjoy.
