How to Make Sour Cream Pound Cake
- 1. Preheat oven to 325.
2. Grease and flour bundt pan.
3. Cream softened butter with mixer
4. Gradually add sugar.
5. Add eggs one at a time.
6. Stir in sour cream.
- 7. Sift dry ingredients-flour, soda, salt.
8. Gradually add to creamed mixture.
9. Add flavoring.
10. Pour into tube pan and bake for 1 hr. 15 min.
- Note: I have put cream cheese icing on this cake and
it is very good.
Also freezes well.
