2 stickbutter, softened
1 csour cream
3 call purpose flour
1/2 tspbaking soda
1 tspvanilla flavoring
How to Make Sour Cream Pound Cake
- Preheat oven 325 degrees
Cream butter and gradually add sugar. Beat well. Add sour cream and beat well. Sift flour and baking soda together. Gradually add flour to creamed mixture alternating with eggs. Add one egg at a time beating well after each egg is added. Add vanilla and beat well.
- Pour into well greased and floured tube or bundt cake pan.
Bake about 1 hour and 20 mins or until toothpick comes out cleanly from the cake center.
Cool about 5 mins in pan and then turn out to cool competely.
