Ingredients
- 1 cup butter or margarine
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- MIX TOGETHER:
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon, ground
How To Make sour cream coffee cake

Step 1Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Add sour cream and vanilla. Add all dry ingredients. Place 1/2 mixture in greased pan and tip with 1/2 topping mix. Add remainder of batter of rest of topping.

Step 2Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Drizzle with canned cream cheese frosting or make your own.
