Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- FILLING INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 6 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
How To Make sour cream coffee cake

Step 1Combine all filling ingredients in a small bowl and set aside. I just rub everything together with my fingers until a crumbly texture results.

Step 2Cream together the butter, sugar and eggs until well blended and fluffy. Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with sour cream to the creamed butter mixture. Add Vanilla and mix just until blended in.

Step 3Pour half of batter into a greased and floured bundt pan. Cover batter with half of the filling. Pour remaining batter over filling and top with the rest of the filling.

Step 4Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 40 minutes. Enjoy!
