1Combine all filling ingredients in a small bowl and set aside. I just rub everything together with my fingers until a crumbly texture results.
2Cream together the butter, sugar and eggs until well blended and fluffy. Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with sour cream to the creamed butter mixture. Add Vanilla and mix just until blended in.
3Pour half of batter into a greased and floured bundt pan. Cover batter with half of the filling. Pour remaining batter over filling and top with the rest of the filling.
4Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 40 minutes.
