How to Make Sour Cream Coconut Cake
- Mix according to directions execpt add 2 tablespoons Crisco oil and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Use real butter. Bake in 4 layers or in two lyers and split to make 4 lyers. Bake according to directions on box. Let cake cool before putting icing on it.
Icing- Combine all ingredients together except save part of 1 package of coconut:
Spread between layers and cover cake. Sprinkle with 1/2 package coconut.
