Ingredients
- 1 box duncan hines butter cake mix
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 ounce sour cream
- 2 ounces pkg. frozen coconut
- ounce 9 oz .ctn. cool whip
How To Make sour cream coconut cake

Step 1Mix according to directions execpt add 2 tablespoons Crisco oil and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Use real butter. Bake in 4 layers or in two lyers and split to make 4 lyers. Bake according to directions on box. Let cake cool before putting icing on it. Icing- Combine all ingredients together except save part of 1 package of coconut: Spread between layers and cover cake. Sprinkle with 1/2 package coconut.
