- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 2 - eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
How To Make sour cream chocolate cake

Step 1Preheat oven 350. Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs; beat. Add baking soda, cocoa and salt; beat. Add sour cream and vanilla; beat. Slowly add flour until mixed, then beat for 3 minutes. Pour batter into a greased 9x13 pan.

Step 2Bake 35-40 minutes. Test with toothpick for doneness. Cool completely, then frost as desired.
