Sour Cream Cheese Cake
4 largeeggs, separated
1 Tbspvanilla extract
16 ozcream cheese, softened
1 largegraham cracker pie crust

8 ozsour cream
How to Make Sour Cream Cheese Cake
- Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar.
- Beat the cream cheese; fold sugar mixture and cream cheese together.
- Add egg yolks and vanilla. Spoon into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
- Mix sour cream, sugar and vanilla well. Spread over hot cheesecake very carefully. Bake 5 minutes at 475 degrees. Cool on rack in oven, with door oven (important).
