- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
How To Make sour cream blueberry cake

Step 1Mix all the dry ingredients & add the wet & beat 2-3 minutes. Pour inot a 9 by 13 greased & floures cake pan.

Step 2Bake@ 350 degrees for 30-35 minuters until toothpick comes out dry. Cool & icing with below:

Step 3Cream Cheese Icing: Cream together: 1/2 stick butter, softened 3 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 box confectioners sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 3 shakes of salt Small amount of milk to spreading consistency'
