Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 / 2 cups butter, room temperature
- 3 - ripe bananas mashed
- 2 - eggs
- 1 / 2 cups sour cream
- 1 / 2 cups cold water
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- FROSTING
- 2 cups brown sugar, firmly packed
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 6 tablespoons milk or cream
- 1 cup sifted powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Step 1Combine mix for 30 seconds then beat for 2 minutes put in a 9x13 pan Bake 350* for 35 - 40 minutes Let cake cool and frost (easy to cut recipe in 1/2 and make 8X8 size)

Step 2Frosting Bring to boil brown sugar, butter, milk or cream remove from heat add powdered sugar and vanilla Let frosting cool a little then pour over cake

Step 3I added some walnuts to the top it's so good with a big glass of cold milk.
