pillsbury butter cresent rolls
2 pkg
cream cheese softened
1 c
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1/2 c
sugar cinnamon mixture

How to Make Sopapilla Cheesecake


  • 1Pre-Heat Oven 350 degrees
  • 2Using a 9 x 13 baking pan, unroll one package of refrigerated crescent rolls and line the bottom of the pan.
  • 3Flatten.
  • 4Mix together the cream cheese, sugar and extract.
  • 5Spread over the crescent rolls.
  • 6Unroll the other can of crescent rolls and place on top of cream cheese mixture.
  • 7Pour one stick of melted butter or margarine over the top and sprinkle with about 1/2 cup of the cinnamon sugar mixture.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • 8Bake for 30 minutes until top is golden brown.
  • 9Let cool for approximately 20 minutes and then put in refrigerator to completely chill before cutting into squares.
