Ingredients
- 2 cans pillsbury butter cresent rolls
- 2 packages cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sugar cinnamon mixture
How To Make sopapilla cheesecake

Step 1Pre-Heat Oven 350 degrees

Step 2Using a 9 x 13 baking pan, unroll one package of refrigerated crescent rolls and line the bottom of the pan.

Step 3Flatten.

Step 4Mix together the cream cheese, sugar and extract.

Step 5Spread over the crescent rolls.

Step 6Unroll the other can of crescent rolls and place on top of cream cheese mixture.

Step 7Pour one stick of melted butter or margarine over the top and sprinkle with about 1/2 cup of the cinnamon sugar mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Step 8Bake for 30 minutes until top is golden brown.

Step 9Let cool for approximately 20 minutes and then put in refrigerator to completely chill before cutting into squares.
