Ingredients

  • 4 large
    eggs
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 1(15oz) can(s)
    pumpkin
  • 1 c
    canola oil
  • 2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp
    clove, ground
  • 1/4 Tbsp
    ginger powder
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • ·
    prepared cream cheese frosting

How to Make Soft Pumpkin Bars

Step-by-Step

  1. Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy.Sift flour,baking soda, baking powder and all of the spices spices.
  2. Alternatively add flour with spices and oil to the egg mixture.Pour dough to greased 9 by 13 inch pan.
  3. Bake for 35 to 40 in preheated 350 F oven.Cool then frost with cream cheese frosting.Keep in refrigerator
