eggs

sugar
1(15oz) can(s)
pumpkin
1 c
canola oil
2 c
all purpose flour
2 tsp
baking soda
1/4 tsp
clove, ground
1/4 Tbsp
ginger powder
2 tsp
baking powder
1 tsp
cinnamon
prepared cream cheese frosting

How to Make Soft Pumpkin Bars

Step-by-Step

  • 1Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy.Sift flour,baking soda, baking powder and all of the spices spices.
  • 2Alternatively add flour with spices and oil to the egg mixture.Pour dough to greased 9 by 13 inch pan.
  • 3Bake for 35 to 40 in preheated 350 F oven.Cool then frost with cream cheese frosting.Keep in refrigerator
