Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1(15oz) can pumpkin
- 1 cup canola oil
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon clove, ground
- 1/4 tablespoon ginger powder
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- - prepared cream cheese frosting
How To Make soft pumpkin bars

Step 1Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy.Sift flour,baking soda, baking powder and all of the spices spices.

Step 2Alternatively add flour with spices and oil to the egg mixture.Pour dough to greased 9 by 13 inch pan.

Step 3Bake for 35 to 40 in preheated 350 F oven.Cool then frost with cream cheese frosting.Keep in refrigerator
