This is one of my family's fall favorites.

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1(15oz) can pumpkin
  • 1 cup canola oil
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon clove, ground
  • 1/4 tablespoon ginger powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • - prepared cream cheese frosting

How To Make soft pumpkin bars

  • Step 1
    Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy.Sift flour,baking soda, baking powder and all of the spices spices.
  • Step 2
    Alternatively add flour with spices and oil to the egg mixture.Pour dough to greased 9 by 13 inch pan.
  • Step 3
    Bake for 35 to 40 in preheated 350 F oven.Cool then frost with cream cheese frosting.Keep in refrigerator
