1 cup milk
4 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup shortening, butter flavor

How To Make soft creamy icing

Step 1

cook on low milk and flour till thickened place in bowl put in frig till cold

Step 2

cream butter and shortening till creamy then add sugar and vanilla beat till thoroughly mixed then add flour/milk to mix then blend
