This is a favorite in our house. Very moist and if there are any leftovers stores well.

Ingredients

1 package yellow cake mix
8 ounces sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup oil
4 - eggs
STREUSEL
2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon chopped nuts
1 teaspoon cinnamon
TOPPING INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon

How To Make sock it to me coffee cake

Step 1

Mix cake mix, sugar and oil well.

Step 2

Add eggs, beat well.
Step 3

Add sour cream and nuts.
Step 4

Grease bundt pan with butter.
Step 5

Mix and sprinkle streusel mix in bottom of pan, pour 1/2 cake mix into pan.
Step 6

Top with topping mix.
Step 7

Pour rest of batter in and bake at 350 for 55-60 minutes.
