Ingredients
- 1 - package 18.25 ounce yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 4 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 1/4 cups sour cream regular or reduced fat only
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- QUICK GLAZE
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
How To Make sock it to me cake- pecan free version

Step 1Mix together the cake mix, sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla. Fold in the sour cream.

Step 2Put half the batter in a bundt pan.

Step 3Mix the brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the batter in the pan. Pout the reaminder of the batter on top.

Step 4Bake at 350 F or 175 C for 70 minutes or until tests done (I use the toothpick test. Stick a toothpick down in the cake. Dry toothpick=done cake)

Step 5Glaze: Mix ingredients and whisk or beat until smooth. Drizzle over the cake while still hot. The more the better for me :-)
