Ingredients

1 pkg
yellow cake mix
1/4 c
sugar
1 c
sourcream
1/4 c
water
1/2 c
melted butter
4 large
eggs
1 tsp
vanilla

FILLING

4 Tbsp
brown sugar
1 Tbsp
cinnamon
1/2-1 c
chopped nuts

GLAZE

1 c
powdered sugar
1 Tbsp
melted butter
1/2 tsp
vanilla
1-3 Tbsp
milk as needed

How to Make Sock It To Me Cake

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
  • 2Mix filling ingredients and set aside. Mix cake ingredients together till smooth. Pour 1/3 of the batter into a greased floured bundt pan, then sprinkle the cinnamon/sugar/nut filling over the cake. Then gently pour the remaining 2/3 of the cake batter over the cinnamon filling. Bake at 350* for 45-55 minutes. Let cook 20 minutes then turn out onto serving plate. Mix glaze ingredients and spoon over the cake.
