This is a great cake to have with coffee or anytime. My mamaw taught me to make it like most of what I post.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    butter cake mix
  • 8 oz
    sour cream
  • 2/3 c
    cooking oil
  • 4
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • SUGAR MIX

  • 3 tsp
    light brown sugar
  • 2 tsp
    cinnamon

How to Make Sock It To Me Cake

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix batter mix (first 1/2) above, pour 1/2 batter ito a Bundt cake pan
  2. Mix the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle oover batter, pour other half on top
  3. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 50 mins
  4. A confection suger glaze is yummie drizzled over it
