1Preheat oven to 375. Grease and flour bundt pan. For streusel filling: combine 2 T. cake mix, brown sugar and cinnamon in medium bowl. Stir in pecans and sit aside.
2For cake: combine remaining cake mix, eggs, sour cream, oil, water and granulated sugar in large bowl. Beat at medium speed with mixer for 2 minutes. Pour 2/3's of batter into pan. Sprinkle with streusel filling. Spoon remaining batter evenly over filling.
Bake at 375 for 45-55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 25 minutes. Invert onto serving plate and cool completely.
For glaze: combine confectioners sugar and mile in small bowl. Stir until smooth. Add more mill to thicken glaze as needed. Drizzle over cake.
