Ingredients
- FOR FILLING
- 1 1/4 cups chopped pecans
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- FOR GLAZE
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- FOR CAKE
- 1 package golden butter cake mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 4 - extra large eggs
How To Make "sock it to me" cake

Step 1Preheat over to 375 degrees F, grease 13 x 9 in pan

Step 2For Filling: In medium bowl stir together pecans, brown sugar and cinnamon until combined and pecans are fully coated

Step 3For cake:In large bowl, add cake mix, sour cream, vegetable oil, sugar, 1/4 cup water, flour, and eggs. Beat all together until fully combined, about 4 min.

Step 4Pour half of the batter into greased pan, spread pecan filling on top and swirl into batter. Pour remaining cake mix on top to cover completely.

Step 5Bake in oven for about 30 min or until tooth-pick comes out clean. Remove from oven and let cool.

Step 6For Glaze:In medium bowl, whisk together confectioners' sugar, lemon juice, and milk until no lumps.

Step 7Once cake is cooled pour glaze on top. Cake is good a little warm or room temp!
