  • 10 Tbsp
    butter, softened
  • 3/4 c
  • 3
  • 1 tsp
    strawberry extract
  • 1-3/4 c
    self-rising flour
  • 1/4 c
    strawberries, finely chopped, drained

How to Make So moist strawberry cupcakes


  1. Heat oven to 325. Spray 12 muffin cups w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, cream together butter and sugar until fluffy.
  2. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in strawberry extract. Stir flour into mix until blended. Fold strawberries into batter.
  3. Spoon batter evenly into muffin cups. Bake 20 mins, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Frost as desired or eat as is!
