- 10 tablespoons butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon strawberry extract
- 1-3/4 cup self-rising flour
- 1/4 cup strawberries, finely chopped, drained
How To Make so moist strawberry cupcakes

Step 1Heat oven to 325. Spray 12 muffin cups w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, cream together butter and sugar until fluffy.

Step 2Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in strawberry extract. Stir flour into mix until blended. Fold strawberries into batter.

Step 3Spoon batter evenly into muffin cups. Bake 20 mins, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Frost as desired or eat as is!
